Born in 1954, in Valparaiso, Chile. Writer, cultural, publishing agent and qualified Systems analyst in 1985, in the Domestic enterprise of Computing and Computer science S.A. Between 1975 and 1982, (v), and Statistics studies studies in Engineering in Electronics, in the Catholic University of Valparaíso. He has published the poetry books Letter of an Idealist, Silversmith, 1995, 1996, Fund of the Development of the Culture and the Arts, FONDART; Bay of the Moon, Silversmith, 1997, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2008; The Pleased Forest, 1999, Regional Government of Valparaiso; and Anthology of the Heart, Silversmith, 2001, 2003, 2005.

It has been included in several anthologies: Valparaiso, poems in the street, I. Municipality of Valparaiso, National Council of the Book and the Reading, 1998; History of the Poetry in Valparaiso, XIXth and XXth centuries, Editions Mail of the Poetry, 1999, of the teacher and poet Alfonso Larrahona Kästen; and History of the Literature of Valparaiso, Editions of the Big Brotherhood of Writers and Artists of Valparaiso, 2001, of the poet, novelist and journalist Claudio Solar.

It has presented his books in the International Fairs of the Book in the Cultural center Mapocho, Santiago de Chile, 1995, 1999 and 2005; Vineyard of the Sea, 1995, 1998, 2000 and 2003; Mendoza, Argentina, 1998; Guadalajara, Mexico, 1999 and 2003; and Frankfurt, Germany, 2002. In 1999 he meets to the Thirteenth International Fair of the Book, when Chile is “Country Guest of honor”, with a literary sample of the Region of Valparaiso. The literary sample is donated to the libraries of the University of Guadalajara. In the year 2002, it gains Contest of the Program of Promotion of Exports, organized by ProChile, taking part in the Twentieth Fair of the Book, Liber, of Barcelona, Spain; and in the Fair of the Book of Frankfurt, Germany, with a Literary Sample of the Region of Valparaiso. The books were donated to the Library of Barcelona, Library of the Latin-American Institute, Foundation Prussian Cultural heritage of Berlin, and Bookmobile of Nicaragua. In the same way, in the year 2003, he meets to the Seventeenth International Fair of the Book of Guadalajara, Mexico, with a literary sample of the Region of Valparaiso. The literary sample is donated to the libraries of the University of Guadalajara.
