Víctor Fajardo Valenzuela, International Trade Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce and International Finance, MSc in International Trade, worked for many years in the National Customs Service of Chile, the Comptroller General of the Republic and in advising private sector companies Importers and Exporters.

During his tenure as a public official had the opportunity to help many college students seeking information not found in libraries. Also gave lectures on foreign trade in universities and for professional meetings as Mercosur in Chilean-Argentine agricultural engineers in Chaitén. In Punta Arenas participated with regional directors of Customs, Excise and Treasury of the regions X, XI, XII and the Internal Revenue Regional Director of Region I of Tarapacá in the implementation strategy of the Southern Law. It also helped in the training of controllers of customs officials and Los Andes in Santiago International Airport Arturo Merino Benitez.

Now retired from public life, wanted to help self-published some texts that can help people. For this reason his books are available on the Internet, Google, and can be read by those interested in the topic.
